• Minimum stay is 5 nights. There is a 10% surcharge on nightly rates less than one week. Nightly
rates are determined by dividing weekly rate by 7 and adding 10% surcharge.
• We will price a Maranatha villa for less than full occupancy.
• Rates include Government Consumption Tax (GCT 15%)
Jamaica High Season, December 15, to April 15
(excluding Christmas and New Years weeks).
• Jamaica Low Season, April 16 to December 14
(exclusive).
• Villa rates are weekly and can start on any day of week.

Payment

Payments for a deposit can be made via PayPal or direct into our bank account in the US or UK. Please click on the PayPal link to proceed to payment. On making a reservation with Maranatha Villa, we will require
a payment covering approximately half of the duration of your stay. This can be completed by paypal, bank transfer or by wire transfer with Western Union. Upon Successul clearance of the deposit we will fax or email confirmation of the reservation
